Purposeful Harbinger is a Cluster Jewel notable that provided “10% increased Effect of Aura Buffs on You for each Herald affecting you”. This essentially allowed you to stack a ton of Aura Buff Effect and use all of the 5 Heralds to a great effect.
2. Hollow Palm Technique
• You count as Dual Wielding while you are Unencumbered
• 60% more Attack Speed while you are Unencumbered
• 14 to 20 Added Attack Physical Damage per 10 Dexterity while you are Unencumbered
Hollow Palm Technique is a Keystone passive that is obtained from a Unique Small Cluster Jewel. Unarmed users will have a field day with this Keystone. You gain flat Physical Damage per 10 Dexterity points, attack 60% faster, and count as Dual Wielding while you have no items in your hand or glove slots. This effectively allows you to create a Monk character that punches enemies to death with ruthless efficiency.
3. Supercharge
- Lightning Damage with Non-Critical Strikes is Lucky
Supercharge turns the large damage range into a massive boon. All Lighting damage dealt that does not Critically Strike is Lucky.
4. Heraldry
• 20% increased Effect of Herald Buffs on you
• 10% reduced Mana Reservation of Herald Skills
Continuing with Herald buffs, Heraldry is notable that reduced the Mana reservation of Herald skills by 10% while also increasing their effect strength by 20%.
5. Master of Fear
• Enemies you Curse are Intimidated
• Enemies you Curse are Unnerved
Curses are an underutilized mechanic by many Path of Exile players. These powerful debuffs can drastically improve the damage or survivability of any particular build. Those who do utilize Curses should look at taking Master of Fear. While allocated, all of your Curses will Intimidate and Unnerve enemies. Intimidated enemies take 10% increased Attack Damage. 7. Replenishing Presence
• 8% increased effect of Non-Curse Auras from your Skills
• Auras from your Skills grant 0.2% of Life Regenerated per second to you and Allies
Replenishing Presence takes part in the Guardian ascendency and ties it to a notable. While allocated, your auras grant 0.2% Life Regeneration per second to you and nearby allies. Even better, you can craft multiple Cluster Jewels with Replenishing Presence to stack this effect.
8. Energy From Naught
- +100 to maximum Energy Shield

9. Blessed Rebirth
• Minions have 20% increased maximum Life

• 25% increased Elusive Effect
